I ordered a three-pack of label tape for my Epson label maker (Model LW-300) from Amazon in February. We had just started to run low on our previous roll, and I finally opened and used the new tape today. Unfortunately, it is not printing properly—the ink comes out very inconsistent, with areas that are light and others that are dark.
I would like to send you my order details and a photo of the label quality for reference.
Would it be possible to return these and exchange them for a tape that is compatible with my Epson LW-300 model?

I only received four of the five dynmo label cartridges that I paid for. Will you please send me the missing cartridge or do I need to return this shipment?
